Q．Is it possible for you to propose your system checking our actual site directly ?

　A. It is possible. We need to adjust the schedule. Also, it is able to discuss and confirm at the remote meeting.

Q. Can you customize or upgrade the machine made by other companies ?

　A. We have experienced this kind of work. We would like to see the machine conditions and specification at first.

Q．We do not have clear image about "automation" in our site.

　A.We are able to help and advise based on your purpose and needs. We can be a solution provider with our experiences over 50 yeas.

Q．How about the delivery time of your machine ?

　A.It will be changed depending on the machine design and customer's required specification. When we have the meeting, we are able to discuss about the delivery time.

Q．How about your support after sales ?

　A.We keep contacting with our customer after selling our system by phone, mail or in person. We always work with you and keep in touch.

Q．Is it possible to install your machine in oversease ?

　A.Of course. We have delivered many systems to oversease in the past. We have overseas staff and agent which support in local.

Q．How do you support if trouble is happenened on your machine ?

　A. We support for your fast recovery once we receive your trouble information. Please contact with our sales stuff or local agent if some thing happened.

Q．Do you execute the operation training after installation ?

　A. Our engineers always perform the operation training. when we install the machine. We are able to dispatch our engineer for training with charges if you request.

Machine related to substrate mouning process

Q．How many pins can you install in your in-circuit tester ?

　A. Standard type has 256 pins . In addition, you can increase in multiples of 128 pins. 2,048 pins at maximum. You do not need to have amy additional parts when you increase pins.

Q．What is the delivery time of in-circuit tester ?

　A.Normally it takes 2.5～3 months. We have delivered in 1 month at minimum in case of quick delivery .

Q．Is it possible to manufacture in-line type of in-circuit tester ?

　A.It is possible. We have experienced to supply in-line system with not only the conveyor transfering unit but also multi-axes robot.

Q．Can you manufacture the press unit which is not standard.

　A.We have a lot of experiences. It is possible to propose half automatic press machine with cylinder unit.

Q．Can you make the pin board made by other manufacturers ?

　A.Possible, but it depends on the jig type. Please contact our window to check whether we can make or not.

Q．Do you manufacture the jig on your site？

　A.Yes. All jig is made by Okano. Therefore, we are able to supply it with short delivery time and lower cost.

Q．What is the delivery time of the fixture production？

　A.Normally it takes about 3 weeks. We have delivered in 1 week at minimum in case of quick delivery .

Q．What is the material of the jig ?

　A.Basically we use antistatic acryllic resin and glass epoxy. It is able to use engineering plastic like "PEEK" or "PON" if you care about accuracy or damageless for your product.

Q．What is neccesarry to have in order to manufacture unit checker ?

Q．Are you able to manufacture the customized unit checker ?

　A.We can study about the customized unit checker such as the unit for the connector detachable jig without pins, special size of checker and so on.

Q．What type of communication procotol in FCT(Function Tester) have you manufactured with？

　A.CAN、LIN、USBシリアル、RS232C、RS485

Q．Is it possible to inspect LED automatically ?

　A.We have our own automatic inspection system for LED lighting and color.
